We are pleased to inform you that My Podologie remains open all summer to meet all your needs in podiatry equipment and materials. Whether you are on vacation or at work, you can count on us to continue to provide you with quality products and impeccable service.
Daily Order Dispatch
To ensure fast and efficient delivery, we ship your orders every day until 4pm, Monday to Friday. Packages are delivered between 24 and 48 hours after dispatch. However, some delivery times may be extended due to holiday closures of some suppliers and the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Customer service available
Our customer service team responds to your requests by email, chat and telephone from Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We are here to assist you and answer all your questions.
Exceptional closure
We will be exceptionally closed on Friday August 16, because Thursday August 15 is a public holiday and the carriers do not operate on those days.
