This optional axillary electrode kit has been designed and patented especially for use with i2m Laboratories iontophoresis devices. It allows the treatment of excessive underarm sweating (axillary hyperhidrosis).
The shape of the electrodes allows them to best fit the axillary cavity, which gives you better results and better comfort during the treatment of your axillary hyperhidrosis.
This kit contains: 2 x terry cloth electrodes for individual use .
USAGE TIPS
| Connect the electrodes to the device (device turned off). Place the wet electrodes in the armpits. Press slightly upwards so that the electrode has intimate contact with the top of the axillary cavity. Contact between the sponge and the skin must be made over a maximum surface area and as uniformly as possible to avoid current concentrations (electrical burn). Generally speaking, the larger the surface area in contact with the skin, the better the current will be supported and the more effective the results will be. |

Give up, the treatment can begin. The treatment procedure is the same as that of a hands-type treatment, twice ten minutes (polarity reversal in the middle of the session) with the same attack protocol (see the device instructions). On the other hand, the currents used will be lower and in any case always less than 10 mA for direct current and 15 to 20 mA for pulsed current. If you have the possibility of using pulsed current, prefer it to direct current, it is better suited to the treatment of the armpits. It is recommended to proceed in stages to increase the intensity. Never go beyond an intensity that you cannot tolerate, adapt the current, too high a current can cause electrical burns. |
